Developer - Plymouth

You will be responsible for the technical design, build and on-going development of innovative and engaging solutions, from mobile apps to bespoke web-based platforms, involving both back and front-end technologies. You will have opportunity to contribute to pitches, learn new skills and add to the creative process while working with some of the world’s biggest brands.

What you will be doing

  • Be involved in a full project life-cycle from conception to deployment.
  • Ensure development standards and methodologies are maintained and implemented.
  • Work to documented technical solutions and where requested, assist in the technical document creation.
  • Implement design briefs and develop web and interactive solutions.
  • Integrate with content management systems.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and exceed client expectations.

What we are looking for

  •  Experience in any of the following areas: C#, JavaScript, MVC, Entity Framework, HTML/5, XHTML, XML, ASP.NET, CSS, jQuery, SharePoint, CMS’s, MVVM / MvvmCross, React/React Native
  • Experience of working to deadlines.
  • Experience of working under pressure.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, and to move rapidly from one project to another.
  • Experience in building mobile applications for iOS and Android.
  • Experience of analytical platforms such as Google Analytics.

Health and Safety Advisor - London

What will you be doing

  • Providing professional health & safety advice to project teams for the day to day operation of the businesses within the TCEG group, with a focus on Live, Exhibition and Film productions
  • Assisting in the development and deployment of internal training programmes across the business to ensure TCEG remains up to date with changing legislation and best practice
  • Developing and updating internal guidance and information for employees and suppliers to better inform each of the Health & Safety expectations of the business
  • Working alongside project teams to assess project risk and supporting suppliers on their safety management processes
  • Sometimes travelling with work (nationally & internationally) assisting with the onsite management and delivery of projects to the companies safety expectations (up to 2 weeks)
  • Working with third party health & safety suppliers / consultants to ensure a consistent safety management approach across all projects
  • Advising teams on ensuring compliance throughout projects and carrying out safety audits
  • Maintaining an incident management system and advising the company to any learnings following an incident or accident
  • Reflecting the agency’s values and culture at all times
  • Actively promote TCEG’s services internally & externally

What you need to have

  • Previous health and safety experience within the live events sector (ideally supporting creative / production agencies), as well as experience of dealing with local authorities and licencing groups
  • Experience of working with Exhibition, Audio Visual, Scenic, Logistc and Film contractors
  • A Level 3 Health and Safety qualification (NEBOSH or NCRQ qualified or equivalent)
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multi discipline teams
  • Pragmatic, self-starter with a practical, solution focussed approach
  • A desire to continue the development the health & safety culture within the business, as well as their own personal CPD
  • A valid passport to enable international travel
  • Tech IOSH affiliation or higher would be advantageous

What you will be doing
