Content Strategist - Manchester, London

A bit about the role

As a Content Strategist, you will work in partnership with Producers to design and develop engaging, creative, memorable, strategic content.

This will mean diagnosing business objectives in terms of audience behaviour change, identifying the right platforms for engagement to deliver that change, and creating the single-minded proposition from which the creative approach will spring.  Candidates should be able to create integrated ‘Connected Engagement’ strategies for projects, and work adeptly to apply an agnostic solution to specific- often highly specialised channels, with a focus on Live Events and the accompanying AV and Digital content.

What you will be doing

  • Leading the content development aspect of projects to shape the overall look, feel and messaging (supported by Content Producer, Creative Director and Art Director where appropriate)
  •  Working with C level clients to develop & execute detailed session content that aligned with the broader look, feel and messaging of the project as a whole
  •  Providing pre- & post-event communication consultation, setting of objectives, planning and leadership of execution with appropriate supporting team members (Digital, Video, Studio, Scriptwriting etc…)
  • Actively build and sustain positive senior level client relationships, providing continuous strategic direction, whilst helping facilitate the first-class delivery of work by the Agency
  • Maximise income opportunities whilst providing best value for the client
  • Embrace the Agency’s values and continually seek ways to build stronger and long-lasting initiatives which bring the values to life  
  •  Actively promote the full range of services that are available within TCEG to build the strength of the business relationship through delivery of value added services

Project Coordinator - Digital - Plymouth

A bit about the role

The Programme Coordinator will provide support to the Programme Manager, Project Manager and global clients.  The tasks will range from planning projects, coordinating activities and liaising directly with clients.

The role will be dedicated to a programme team and requires someone who is highly organised, enjoys supporting a team and is a natural motivator, boosting moral during busy periods.

 

What will you be doing

 

  • Supporting the project managers and programme manager in producing project delivery plans and updating as necessary.
  • Attend meetings with the Project Manager, take minutes and produce action reports
  • Manage small design projects through the studio
  • Run financial reports for the team and support building budgets
  • Schedule client meetings and organise travel arrangements where necessary
  • Set up RAID logs and in conjunction with the Project Manager maintain them
  • Co-ordinate the production of proposals / SOW, working closely with the Digital Operations Manager to access the appropriate team members for their input
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the client and develop ways to make sure knowledge transfer is maintained
  • Support transition of new Project Managers onto the programme team by organising onboarding
  • Create and maintain documentation to support the programme team in delivery

Junior Designer - Plymouth

A bit about the role

Based in our Plymouth office and working as part of our forward-thinking Digital Design Team, you will provide design solutions working to (and pushing) client brand guidelines as well as demonstrating a passion for new and emerging technologies and practices. The role will require you to provide design schemes for our wider team of 3D artists, developers and film divisions. Though not imperative, having an interest in digital design would be advantageous. This is a great opportunity to become an integral part of our progressive team.

You will be responsible for the technical design, build and on-going development of innovative and engaging solutions, from mobile apps to bespoke web-based platforms, involving both back and front-end technologies.
