Account Director - Manchester, London

A bit about The Role

This a senior Client Service role and will be a key hire in the agency, with access and to the agency leadership team.  The AD in this role will report to the global Client Engagement Director.  You will be working within the Client Services team to take responsibility for specific aspects of the agency’s flagship client account, delivering excellent client service across a range of projects and activities.   You will develop and drive project teams in a matrix structure to deliver operational excellence, whilst ensuring project / account commercial success.  You will work with the wider account team to identify and fulfill opportunities for further account growth. 

This is an incredibly important account for the agency.  Not only is it the largest account in the business but also the one that continues to show enormous potential for growth, with recent discussions allowing us to introduce new service lines to variety of key client stakeholders.  This role will therefore offer you a chance work across a wide range of TCEG, with a multitude of opportunities to learn, develop and advance in the future.

 

What you will be doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities can be grouped into 3 broad areas:

Leadership

  • Provide leadership and management for our client stakeholders’ activities, ensuring consistency of delivery from the agency
  • Provide proactive and solutions-oriented account leadership for excellent client service
  • Interrogate, interpret, write and challenge agency and client briefs, guiding the client through the process from start to finish
  • Lead a variety of delivery teams (from exhibitions, event, video, digital and communications planning and writing) acting as key agency liaison with the client, providing guidance and oversight for all parties in creating value and excellent results and acting as a point of escalation as and when required
  • Actively contribute and assist the Client Engagement Director in the preparation and implementation of Account Plans
  • Be curious and observant, interpret client challenges to identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and / or mentor junior account team members as appropriate and deputise for the Client Engagement Director when required
  • Continually seek out ways of improving client service standards across the agency and make appropriate recommendations to the Client Engagement Director

Relationship

  • Work with the Client Engagement Director to take an active role in developing and acquiring new business by proactively managing and nurturing good client relationships
  • Nurture internal relationships and organically promote the full range of TCEG and Huntsworth services as appropriate and fit for client needs
  • Acquire and build on a thorough understanding of the client’s objectives and collaboratively work with internal departments to deliver projects which achieve these objectives

Accountability

  • Drive the successful delivery of projects from briefing to delivery and post project reviews ensuring TCEG Create Unforgettable approach and methodology, and in accordance with client MSA and SLAs and industry compliance guidelines where appropriate
  • Work with the operations team and heads of departments to appropriately resource projects
  • Be accountable for multiple and varied budgets with administrative support
  • Be accountable and responsible for the commercial value of projects, including fees, 3rd party spend and internal time spent to maintain margin
  • Be responsible for the delivery of specific account income targets and maximise income opportunities whilst providing best value for the client
  • Support all preparations for the bi-annual Business Review Meetings including data collation, strategic recommendations and input to client feedback

Health and Safety Advisor - London

The right person will be passionate, knowledgeable and be able to develop and lead our safety management systems throughout the group, whist also delivering exciting projects of their own.

Based in our London office, the role will support all our service lines and clients as well as continue to build on the groups developing health & safety culture.

What will you be doing

  • Providing professional health & safety advice to project teams for the day to day operation of the businesses within the TCEG group, with a focus on Live, Exhibition and Film productions
  • Assisting in the deployment and management of training programmes across the business to ensure TCEG remains up to date with changing legislation and best practice
  • Developing and updating internal guidance and information for employees and suppliers to better inform each of the Health & Safety expectations of the business
  • Working alongside project teams to assess project risk and supporting suppliers on their safety management processes
  • Sometimes travelling with work (nationally & internationally) assisting with the onsite management and delivery of projects to the companies safety expectations (up to 2 weeks)
  • Working with third party health & safety suppliers / consultants to ensure a consistent safety management approach across all projects
  • Advising teams on ensuring compliance throughout projects and carrying out safety audits
  • Maintaining an incident management system and advising the company to any learnings following an incident or accident
  • Reflecting the agency’s values and culture at all times

What you need to have

  • Previous health and safety experience within the live events sector (ideally supporting creative / production agencies), as well as experience of dealing with local authorities and licencing groups
  • Experience of working with Exhibition, Audio Visual, Scenic, Logistic and Film contractors
  • A Level 3 Health and Safety qualification (NEBOSH or NCRQ qualified or equivalent)

Assistant Management Accountant - Manchester

 

A bit about the role 

To provide a comprehensive, effective, efficient, and accurate range of services to the finance team, with emphasis on supporting and being part of the management accounts team.

What you will be doing

Digital Specialist - Manchester, Philadelphia

A bit about the role 

We have a fantastic opportunity to broaden our agency offering to our existing portfolio of clients. You will be joining a global team, who already produce VR, AR, apps, websites and a wide range of e-learning for sectors including healthcare, media and entertainment, consumer goods and tech. What you will be doing?

You will help shape solutions by responding to briefs and propose new ideas based on research of the industry.

You will be a go-to person for client services and will be brought into meetings with clients to advise and support.  Where an opportunity requires a deep-dive discovery, you will support this phase and will be expected to facilitate client workshops to draw out the ‘challenge’. 

Following a successful proposal, you will support the transition of the opportunity from client services to the delivery team, working closely with the Project Manager during the initiation stage, to build a successful relationship with the client.  You will have a thorough understanding of the solution and you will be responsible for articulating this to the delivery team.

Part of the role is to advise on the latest digital developments and how they can be transferred to our clients. This will involve extensive research and a deep understanding of our clients. 

You will be part of a team of digital specialists and therefore will be expected to devise a strategy to deliver consistent digital expertise across all TCEG offices in the UK and US.

This is just the first stage of expanding our global capabilities, particularly in the US and you will be right at the forefront of these exciting changes.

Production Coordinator - Plymouth

A bit about this role 

You will be responsible for supporting the Production Manager and the whole production team working on a high profile branded content series filming all over the world. The role involves working closely with the Production Manager and supporting them by arranging all production bookings and logistics, keeping an accurate record of all bookings expenditure, float reconciliation, supporting the producers and production team so they work efficiently, and ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to with all relevant risk assessments carried out.

What you will be doing 

  • Production bookings - booking international crews, kit, VO artists, animators/ graphic designers
  • Production logistics - travel, accommodation, visas, immunisations, carnets, call sheets, securing locations, couriers, risk assessments
