Junior Production Co-ordinator - London

What you will be doing

  • Working with Client services and head of production services to support in the management of live broadcasts including: calendar management, bookings, monitoring process and managing checklists with producers, reporting post events, liaising with US The Moment team and other sites locally and supporting in communication to key stake holders.
  • Arranging and managing resource for commissioned projects, articulating brief to other members of the production team as required
  • Production bookings - booking crews, kit, editors, actors, VO artists, animators/ graphic designers, producers, directors as directed by PM
  • Production logistics - travel, accommodation, visas, carnets, call sheets, securing locations.
  • Checking and coding invoices, supporting the PM by inputting and managing smaller projects and budgets, reconciling and closing when jobs are complete and ready for invoicing.
  • Supporting the PM in working across multiple projects for the key client. Supporting on other projects on an ad hoc basis as required.
  • Working closely with the Film and Client teams to ensure projects are running to schedule and to budget. Supporting the PM in production meetings and ensuring all calendars and schedules are up to date with all necessary information..

The Event Manager role

To deliver seamless event experiences for stakeholders, from proposal, through planning, to execution and reporting working for one of our clients in an embedded events team within a corporate bank.

Junior Designer - London

This junior designer role is based 100% at our client in Brentford working closely with another design and editor. The role is to provide design solutions for clients working within the client’s brand guidelines. This is a great opportunity to gain inhouse client experience whilst working as part of an agency team. The wider embedded team run the media studio and edit suit and in total there are 15+ on site from The Moment team.

Whilst based in Bretford you will still benefit from agency life and be part of the overall team.

What you will be doing
